Once your order is placed, we often start journal and refillable covers within a days time to allow ample time for the adhesives to cure.
Therefore, your journal/refillable cover cannot be cancelled, changed or adjusted 24hrs after your order is placed!
If you wish to make changes to the paper in your journal, or add to your existing order before shipping, please contact us first to make sure we can accommodate your request. If you add to your existing order, do understand that this may sometimes delay the processing time.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please check your order carefully on receipt. If you write, draw, or in any other way use your new book you accept it as it is and we cannot exchange it for you!
Sale items and custom/personalised goods may not be eligible for return. Please reach out to me and I will work with you on your specific concerns.
To complete your refund/return, contact must be made by the original purchaser, and proof may be required.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (in the case of damage or error) or store credit issued (in the case of non-damaged items), within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item, and I am not responsible for lost packages.
